Peter Nissly

Peter was born and raised in the South Bay Area. After graduating from Saratoga High School, he attended Santa Clara University where he graduated in 2006. Peter went on to attend Santa Clara University’s School of Law, graduating in 2009.

Peter’s legal education and experience has focused on litigation. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Steven A. Ellenberg (now Ellenberg & Hull), Peter served as a post-bar extern at the Sixth District Court of Appeal for Justice Bamattre-Manoukian and as a Graduate Fellow at the Northern California Innocence Project. During law school, Peter worked for the Law Offices of Allen Ruby and as an intern for the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender. Since he joined Ellenberg & Hull, Peter has specialized in representing clients with commercial litigation matters, including clients with trade secret, probate and contract disputes. Peter is a member of the American Bar Association and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. He lives in Campbell with his wife Victoria and their daughter.
